Party Punch Recipe
This Party Punch recipe can be a pretty centerpiece at a buffet table. The Party Punch is foamy by combining the orange sherbet with soda and has no alcohol, so it is perfect for family gatherings.
1 46 oz can pineapple juice
2 qt bottle cranberry juice
12 oz frozen orange juice concentrate
2 liter bottle ginger ale
2 liter bottle 7up
1 pint orange sherbet
In a large punch bowl mix pineapple, cranberry and orange juices. Just before serving, add chilled soda and sherbet.
Homemade Lemonade
A pitcher of chilled lemonade in the frig makes a refreshing change from soda drinks. Vary this lemonade recipe by using fresh limes or oranges. This lemonade recipe uses fresh fruit and nothing you can't pronounce.
4 lemons
4 cups water
¾ cup sugar
Cut lemons into thin slices and remove seeds. Put in a bowl and sprinkle with the sugar and let stand for 15 minutes. Then press the lemons with a potato masher to bring out the juices. Add water and press fruit until flavored well and then remove the slices. Vary by using 2 limes instead of 2 of the lemons and increase sugar to 1 cup for limeade, or make orangeade by using 2 oranges and 3 lemons.
